PROOF OF CLAIM

In Chapter 7 cases, the Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case will inform you not to file a claim unless you receive a subsequent Notice of Possible Dividends and Deadline to File a Proof of Claim.  If you receive a Notice of Possible Dividends and Deadline to File a Proof of Claim, pay close attention to the deadline to file a claim and make sure you file such claim within the time indicated.
